Welcome to EverYoung Laser & Skin Clinics. By using our online store or purchasing skincare products and aesthetic treatments through our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Products and Treatments
EverYoung Laser & Skin Clinics offers professional skincare products and aesthetic treatments through its online store.
All treatments are subject to availability, clinical suitability, and professional assessment. Purchasing a treatment does not guarantee that it will be suitable for every customer.
We recommend booking a consultation before purchasing if you are new to a treatment or unsure whether it is appropriate for you.
2. Online Orders and Appointment Booking
After an online purchase, our team will contact you by phone or text message to confirm your order and assist with the next steps.
For treatment purchases, our staff will verify payment, add the purchased treatments to your Zenoti customer account, and assist with appointment scheduling.
For skincare purchases, our team will confirm your order and arrange shipping or in-clinic pickup based on your selected or confirmed preference.
We aim to contact customers within one business day. If you have not received confirmation within three business days, please contact your preferred EverYoung clinic.
Purchasing a treatment online does not automatically reserve an appointment.
3. Treatment Availability and Clinic Locations
Treatments are available only at designated EverYoung clinic locations.
Customers should select an eligible clinic when purchasing treatments offered at multiple locations.
For treatments available exclusively at one location, appointments must be arranged at that clinic.
Treatment availability may vary by location, equipment, and clinical assessment.
4. Pricing and Promotions
All prices are displayed in Canadian dollars unless otherwise stated.
Promotional offers are subject to their advertised dates, eligibility requirements, and purchase conditions.
Black Friday discounts apply to eligible individual treatments, except for specifically designated packages requiring four sessions or four treatment cycles.
Promotional offers cannot be combined with other promotions, membership discounts, existing package discounts, or bonus credits.
EverYoung reserves the right to correct pricing errors and address orders affected by such errors in accordance with applicable law.
5. Treatment Expiration
Treatments purchased online have no fixed expiration date.
Appointment scheduling remains subject to clinic availability and clinical suitability.
6. Treatment Refunds, Exchanges, and Transfers
Treatment purchases are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
If a purchased treatment is determined to be unsuitable following a clinical assessment, an alternative appropriate treatment may be offered, subject to any price difference.
Purchased treatments may be transferred to another person with written authorization from the original purchaser.
Transfer requests must be submitted by email and include the purchaser's full name, registered email address, and order number or purchase receipt.
Additional identity verification may be required. The recipient must also be clinically suitable for the treatment.
7. Skincare Returns and Exchanges
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used skincare products cannot be returned or exchanged due to a change of mind.
Returns or exchanges may be accepted for products that are unused, unopened, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect products will be handled in accordance with applicable law.

8. Customer Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact, billing, and delivery information when placing an order.
We use the information provided to process purchases, communicate order updates, coordinate treatment appointments, and arrange skincare delivery or pickup.

9. Treatment Results and Medical Considerations
Aesthetic treatment results vary between individuals and cannot be guaranteed.
Customers must provide relevant medical information during their clinical consultation or assessment.
EverYoung's qualified staff will determine treatment suitability and may recommend an alternative treatment when appropriate.
Information provided on our website is for general informational purposes and does not replace individualized medical advice.
10. Website Content
Website content, including text, images, branding, and product descriptions, is provided for informational and shopping purposes.
Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use of EverYoung's original website content is prohibited, except as permitted by applicable law.
