Treatment Expiration

Treatments purchased online at EverYoung Laser & Skin Clinics have no fixed expiration date.

Consultation Requirements

Clients who have previously received a treatment or know which treatment is suitable for them may purchase directly online.

If you are new to a treatment or unsure whether it is appropriate for you, we strongly recommend booking a consultation before purchasing.

All treatments are subject to clinical suitability and professional assessment.

Refunds & Exchanges

Treatment purchases are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

If a purchased treatment is determined to be unsuitable following a clinical assessment, an alternative appropriate treatment may be offered, subject to any price difference.

Treatment Transfers

Purchased treatments may be transferred to another person with written authorization from the original purchaser.

To request a transfer, please email EverYoung with your full name, registered email address, and order number or purchase receipt.

Additional identity verification may be required. The recipient must also be clinically suitable for the treatment.

Treatment Packages & Special Offers

Regular treatment packages are not currently offered through our online store.

Black Friday promotional pricing applies to eligible single-session treatments, except for designated 30% OFF packages requiring four sessions of the same treatment or four CoolSculpting cycles.

Promotional offers cannot be combined with other promotions, membership discounts, existing package discounts, or bonus credits.
