Treatment Purchases
Refunds and Exchanges
Treatment purchases are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
If a purchased treatment is determined to be unsuitable following a clinical assessment, an alternative appropriate treatment may be offered, subject to any price difference.
Treatment Expiration
Treatments purchased online have no fixed expiration date.
Consultation Requirements
Customers who have previously received a treatment or know which treatment is suitable for them may purchase directly online.
If you are new to a treatment or unsure whether it is appropriate for you, we strongly recommend booking a consultation before purchasing. All treatments are subject to clinical suitability and professional assessment.
Treatment Transfers
Purchased treatments may be transferred to another person with written authorization from the original purchaser.
To request a transfer, please email info@everyoungmed.com with your full name, registered email address, and order number or purchase receipt.
Additional identity verification may be required. The recipient must also be clinically suitable for the treatment.
Skincare Products
Returns and Exchanges
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used skincare products cannot be returned or exchanged due to a change of mind.
Returns or exchanges may be accepted if the product meets all the following conditions:
- Unused and unopened
- In its original packaging
- In resalable condition
All return and exchange requests are subject to review by our team.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact EverYoung Laser & Skin Clinics for assistance.
Our team will review the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable law.
