At EverYoung Laser & Skin Clinics, we offer local skincare delivery throughout Metro Vancouver and in-clinic pickup at our participating locations.

Shipping Areas

We currently ship skincare products within Metro Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada only.

We do not offer shipping outside Metro Vancouver, to other provinces, or internationally.

Orders with delivery addresses outside our service area cannot be shipped.

Free Ground Shipping

Enjoy FREE ground shipping on skincare orders of $199 CAD or more.

Orders below $199 CAD may be subject to shipping charges, which will be displayed at checkout.

Free shipping applies to eligible skincare orders delivered within our Metro Vancouver service area.

Order Processing

Once your order is placed, our team will review and confirm your purchase.

We aim to contact customers within one business day to confirm their order and coordinate shipping or pickup arrangements.

Processing and delivery times may vary depending on product availability and delivery arrangements.

In-Clinic Pickup

Customers may arrange to collect their skincare purchases from a participating EverYoung clinic:

• Downtown Vancouver
• Burnaby (Metrotown)
• North Vancouver
• Port Coquitlam

Our team will confirm pickup availability and notify you when your order is ready.

Please wait for confirmation before visiting the clinic to collect your order.

Treatment Purchases

Aesthetic treatments purchased online do not require shipping.

After purchase, our team will contact you to confirm payment, add the treatments to your customer account, and assist with appointment scheduling at an eligible EverYoung clinic.
