All sales are final. Only defective products can be returned for credits upon return of defective product to one of our clinics. To return your product, please contact us at info@everyoungmed.com with the following information and we will provide the next steps in the returns process:
- Subject of the email indicating the request for returns
- Your order number
- Product name of the item(s) you wish to return
- The defect(s)
- Which clinic you would like to return the product to
